Yeah, the Swiss army knife component of Gibson seems to be missing in the early going.  I imagine not trying to overburden the rookie, but his WR skills were supposed to be part of his selling point.  Frankly, I thought he was more receiver than RB coming out, just from the scouting reports.  Even though looking at him, I would never think he looked like a wideout.

Just turning and handing it off wasnt what I was thinking would be the best use of his skills.

I have found this very disappointing. I was hoping to see him used the way they used McCaferey with more short passes in space behind the LOS and further. He seems like the type of back that feeds of being in space yet they are using him in a traditional rb role. That's what Barber is for.

Bezos is a win - win - win for the league.

    1. He's not Dan Snyder

    2. He can fund a stadium on his own

    3. He already has a pretty new sponsor to go on that pretty new stadium

The only question is that I don't think Bezos will be an easy pushover that I believe Dan is when it comes to ownership voting.  Snyder, while he's a pain in the butt, is a member of that good ol' boy group.... Bezos has the power, and likely the attitude, to possibly buck that trend a bit.

Just because he can fund his own stadium doesn't mean he would. These Billionaires didn't get to where they are without taking tax payer funded handouts while paying little to nothing in taxes.

Also I don't see Snyder as part of the Good Ole Boy network. He's some sort of in between generation of slightly successful dot com bubble billionaires who bought his way in, demanded the other owners in the league treat him like a good ole boy but has never fit in. It's why owners like the Maras try to actively sabotage this team.

Those socks are interesting. Is that like an extension to the knees?

I have to say one of my pet peeves about the uniforms is the socks and how players wear them differently and at different heights.

I am still worried about a "successful vaccine" when the threshold they set was "%50 effective."  As I understand it, COVID19 is roughly ten times as contagious as the flu.  So success would mean only 5 times as contagious, and we can celebrate?

Also vaccines don't work on the obese. So there goes any chance of saving Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana, all with terrible Covid rates, all with SEC Football teams.

This is not how the PPP works. The loan was specifically for paying employee payroll costs and allowed 10% to go towards rent and utilities.  To get the loan you have to show proof of your monthly employee wages, rent and utilities.  Multiply that times 2.5 and that is your loan amount.

You then have to submit proof that you paid those expenses in the 8 weeks after getting the loan (now extended to 24 weeks).  If you do, theoretically your loan will be forgiven.  Otherwise, you will have to pay it back with interest.

They probably do have people on payroll, they most likely don't do any work and delegate everything to these unpaid volunteers. Basically "Church" admin will pay themselves.
