  1. It doesnt matter who the final 2 teams are in my opinion, i think if miami and indiana both make it to the ECF, that series matchup will be better than any nba finals matchup. Miami vs Indiana will be one for the ages, especially with how close the 3 regular season games were, and now that things got heated in the most recent game, it will make it that much better.
  2. Wall with 5 threes, but biggest news from yesterday ws Gortat's injury. I hope hes okay, or we have no big men.
  3. did you just compare cleveland, ohio to washington, d.c.?
  4. Ahh stats guy eh? KD is averaging more blocks than Paul George also, so does that make him a better, or as good of a defender as PG? Continuing with your stats, your going for pps, and ignoring that lebron is shooting 58% as opposed to KDs 51%? That's fair. "He's less than 1 assist per game behind Lebron despite Lebron being the "facilitator" and Durant being "just a scorer". LeBron runs the team. He sets up the plays, doesnt mean hes going to get the assist on every play. There are hockey assists, drive and kicks with one more pass gives a score, but doesnt give the assist to Lebron. All he has done with his "facilitator" role is have the Heat shoot the highest FG% in the league, by a good margin. Durant has more rebounds and blocks per game. But since you put it as hes less than 1 assist per game, KD is also only less than one rebound a game more than LeBron. Despite being 2 inches taller, with a much longer reach, and being "as good, or a better defender than LeBron". I take rebounding as a defensive characteristic. KD is having the best year of his career. No doubt. He has improves all aspects of his game, even scoring if you can believe it. But some of you are already crowning him the best player in the game. If he was light years better than Lebron this season, why is the MVP race so close? KD is doing phenomenal things this season, you can appreciate that without discrediting what LeBron has done.
  5. Durant has been the best offensive player this season. When looking at scoring.

  9. John Wall on Kyrie Irving matchup Source: http://kcmsports.com/index/2014/02/24/wall-on-kyrie-irving-im-more-of-a-point-guard-that-likes-to-get-his-teammates-involved/
  10. Seraphin looked pretty nice in last nights game. Lets hope he keeps it up
  11. Im with you man, im going to miss Jan. I wish he couldve gotten more playing time to be honest.
  12. One game? LeBron's been doing this for the last 7 years. He's 14-4 against Durant in head to head matchups btw, dont ignore that. He's much more efficient, its not even close when it comes to defense, and he makes his team mates better. Durant is probably still MVP, although I think it is closer than you think, but as for best player? Its no Question LeBron is the best. Durant is having a great season, dont get me wrong, hes putting up numbers. But LeBron did what Durant is doing this season... in his 3rd season in the league. Durant 2014 (7th season) : 31.4 ppg, 7.8 rbg, 5.5 apg, 1.5 stl, 0.8 blk, 3.6 TO LeBron 2006 (3rd Season): 31.4 ppg, 7.0 rbg, 6.6 apg, 1.6 stl, 0.8 blk, 3.3 TO LeBron 2010 (7th Season): 29.7 ppg, 7.3 rbg, 8.6 apg, 1.6 stl, 1.0 blk, 3.4 TO Again, Durant has improved greatly this season, but seriously, one game? How soon we forget... Those are good numbers, but he put up 28 points, on 22 shots. He was being abused on defense. LeBron put up 34/3/3, but I still think he came up small the first game. The hype for this second game was much greater than the first, i find it hard to argue against that. LeBron brought it, both on offense and defense. Im assuming by "I am not changing my opinion after one game", you are referring to Durant is still MVP? In that case, I agree with you, i still think Durant is MVP. But as far as best player in the game? I know it is LeBron. That is what i meant by my first post. When the lights were on, and the marquee head to head matchup was on hand, LeBron showed up, whereas Durant didnt. You would think after all the hype coming into this game, Durant would want to show why the last match up wasnt a fluke, but he was a ghost. Absolutely not. But you cant ignore the stinkhole he put up last night.
  13. Yeah, I don't think it was intentional. It was even hard to see on the replay.
  14. I guess they figured out how to stop Lebron, knock him out of the game.
  15. Vesely AND 2 second rounders? For a 37 yr old PG? ALSO: Possible Deng for Ariza trade. Jason Lloyd: #Cavs have discussed Luol Deng with Wizards in a deal for Trevor Ariza, source tells ABJ Twitter @JasonLloydABJ
  16. Irving had a great game. But the come back started when Wall was put in the game. I was paying close attention to him, and he was the only one playing actual defense. There was a sequence where kevin love got the ball with the back to the basket, and had a mismatch with Wall on him. But Wall actually played him very well causing love to pick up his dribble, about 12 feet away from the basket, and with more pressure being put on him by Wall, Love threw a pass out of bounds. Irving deserved MVP tho, it goes to the winning team. But Wall had a nice game, and started the comeback. Absolutely agree. Im a huge lebron fan, but 1 on 1 is not his game. Sure he makes it a little tougher on KD than most do but KD can get his shot on and over anyone
  17. Monroe's upside is what intrigues me about him. I like what Gortat brings us, so im kinda torn about this.
  18. The foul occurred before the ball was in bounded. Automatic freethrow and the ball back.
  19. We were robbed. Harden grabbed ariza for that foul call. And then for the game winning play, did anyone else notice howard's "pick"? Ariza and beal were fire tonight. Tough one to swallow. 45+ freethrows? Common.
  20. I understand your reasoning. But I dont rank players based on their play on one season. I like to rank based more on "If I had to draft between person A or person B, who would I draft?" In that case there is no way i pick dragic over wade, or durant over lebron. As far as PF go, I would say we arent far off, but i would have it LA, Love, and then Griffin. Griffin has been tearing it up this season, but LA and Love have always been tearing it up. Plus Griffin has a much better team that takes the pressure off of him and gives him better opportunity and looks.
  21. Dragic better than Wade? Kevin Love? Also one that I see he can argue with is Durant over LeBron. LeBron is the best player in the world, most people would tend to agree, but cant really fault him for that one. And the "lol" is not me laughing at the post, i just have a bad habit of putting that at the end of my posts. And Bubble Screen is a troll, we all know this.
