Well, I have been a ST holder since the advent of the Zorn era. Some of the worst seasons in Redskins history. I was in upper level, but since '11 or so have been down in the 200 level. I decided not to renew tickets this season and have missed the April 1st cutoff. I have not received any incentives like those described above....but certainly if parking was thrown in for free that may make a difference......at least make me rethink. Along with a free signed jersey. I mean, some of those perks that the team has announced this season sound good, and only wish it would have been that way from the time I signed onboard for ST's. I agree, though, that to offer "incentives" to lure back former ST holders without somehow compensating your regular ST base is neither fair....nor smart. The Skins should be trying to ensure that whatever ST holders they have, they retain....by offering better packages that may include incentives based on ticket amount.....and maybe that is what this new program recently introduced is trying to do. But I did not notice anything like free parking, or ability to relocate seats, as part of that program.

REceived my tic's yesterday....as well as a call from Redskins offering 49% discount on club seats. Tempting as that offer is....don't think I can pony up the difference price anyhow.

Yea, got an email today stating that my tickets were in the mail......and the tracking number as well.

I am all for Bruce Almighty as GM. Firmly believe we are now better off than at any point under the Cerrato regime. Yes, many things still have to be proved, but like the direction we are heading, and hope Gruden works out. I was lukewarm to Gruden, as I was for most of the candidates that were being mentioned publically. I do think that Gruden was the #1 target for HC by Bruce...if so then he did get his man. I was impressed with many things our new coach said...one was that he listens to input from players and coaches WRT plays and such. He is not locked into "his" system, and not afraid to try something new. That is a breath of fresh air I think. I was a little disheartened that Haz was retained (at least for now)....but things could go the same was for Haz as they did for Phillips in Houston. I certainly would hire Phillips for DC if we plan on keeping the 3-4 defense. But I get the impression that the coaches that were released were Mike lackeys, and the coaches that were retained may have been subjected to Mike's apparent micromanagement of every aspect of the team. In addition to the fact that Gruden and Haz have a positive history together..... Gruden said the other day that no coaching position (other than HC) had been settled on....so we will see if the initial reports of the coaching tree for the Skins is accurate, or if Gruden comes in with other names to fill key coaching slots on his staff.

Yes, that is accurate. There is a feeder road connecting b3 to sherrif that is not shown on parking map they send u with season tickets.....but is on the fedex field map on google and other map sites. We found out that info by chance at first preseason game.....one of lot attendants told us about back and added that this was what made b3 lot the best one in his opinion. Must admit that thusfar....b3 lot has been fairly easy in, and pretty easy out and it is a short walk to stadium. I think it is better than the grey lot....and I was pretty anxious about my b3 upgrade this season.

Only one way into B3...but after the game they open the back gate at rear of B3 lot.....that is easiest way out...similiar to the back area of the grey lot but not so far from the stadium.

Think you are accurate with that....I have requested to get seats on the home side but keep getting told that it is pretty difficult to find seats there. I am hopeful that, with the advent of new players like RGIII....maybe there will be more Redskin fans throughout the stadium which will leave less seats for opposition fans. Especially Cowboy and Eagle fans............

I just received the email notification that my seating upgrades were complete....moved from sec 213 r4 to sec 214 r4. Heck, maybe in another 5 years I will be around the 50 yard line.....but on the wrong side of FEDEX......

I moved fm the 426 area down to 213 last season. Not bad seats, but pretty close to visitor tunnel, and a lot of chucklehead visiting fans on gameday. I do not know if i have moved yet or not.

Welcome blmurphy1982. You raise an interesting point.....I travel quite a bit for work, and would like to sell tickets for games I will not attend. What is best outlet to do this.....stubhub? Does Extremeskins have an area for this? In the past, I have either sold/given tickets to friends and family....but have lost out on several instances where the tickets went unused.

I actually had some thoughts bout staying with grey as well because of same reasons robp mentioned......but i like the thought of a shorter trek to and from stadium....and i am not an elaborate tailgater anyway.....although my daughter got me a Skins grill for xmas that i am anxious to try out!! Guess i will see if i have decided correctly or not this season.......heck, with all of us in green B3 parking, should be quite the tailgate party opportunity for es members!

I just received an email stating that I was upgraded from Grey to Green B3 parking. I had phoned about this last week.....after reading on this thread about others being upgraded. This season will be my fourth for season tickets/parking. Any thoughts on how to get moved toward home side of the field vice visitors side? I am currently near the visitors entrance to the stadium, 200 level....have called every year about getting over toward Skins side of the stadium, but am constantly told that this is not easy to accomplish.......I would like to get around more "like minded" folks at the games (i.e. true Skins fans) vice sitting around visiting fans....especially the Beagle and Dullass fans.....the worst.

Section106.....rg all....heck, it is your money, not up to me to tell you how to spend it. I have been approached many times concerning club level, but I didn't want to pay the price which was pretty much what you indicated. I pay $2500 for two tickets and parking. Heck, would love to take advantage of the cigar bar and Hooters!! I had no clue about how pricey our tickets were....I was speaking with some season ticket holders for the Jax Jaguars...and they were paying under $1000 for two tickets and parking. Wow.

Interesting post, HTTR F Dallas, concerning getting the B3 upgrade. The guy I spoke with implied that I would get green B3, but did not say it was definite, but probable. Am definitely going to pursue this more..... So, is the green B3 paved or unpaved? Also, it seems like it is a lot closer to the stadium than the Grey parking lot is..... I live in Va. Bch....so when my wife and I come to the games, we normally will stay in Tysons Corner overnight....go to the stadium via 495, get off at exit 17 to Landover Rd, then to Brightseat Rd and onto Sheriff Rd to Grey parking lot. I park near the rear exit....and normally I am out of the parking lot and on 495 within 10-15 minutes of getting back to my vehicle after the game. I see the major parking jams on Redskins Road, and Arena Drive. I have not tried Morgan Blvd.....may have to try this season.....especially if I get Green B3 parking....

Ok....I just called and spoke with Jay...he took my request for green parking, told me that I actually had to request this upgrade and it was not automatic from Grey to Green. He said this was a fairly new policy. Also told me that chances were good to get Green B3, then move up in parking status from there. Guess we will see what happens....he said end of May / Mid June timeframe to learn seating and parking assignments.

Question WRT parking lot assignments.....IF one gets upgraded from Grey to Green, can you park in ANY green lot or are they assigned as there are more than one Green area? Just need to know if I need to ask for a specific Green lot..... Also, is there a cost difference between Grey and Green parking areas?

Well, my invoice shows my seats from last season.....I was moved down to the 213 area last year from the 400's, but that did not co-relate to a upgrade in parking tickets from Grey to something else. I had called last season and made it known that I would not mind paying a little more to be moved from 400's to 200's....not sure if that made a difference but I received a upgrade notice with request for additional $$$ (difference between 400 level and 200 level GA tickets) at end of June. I am going to call again concerning upgrade in parking....also would like to be on home side vice visitors......would rather take home side seating over upgrade in parking. I will say this...with the addition of RGIII or Luck to the team, and the anticipated return to being revelant in the NFL....would suspect that upgrades will become more difficult over the next several years.......

I have had 2 season tickets for past 3 sorry seasons. First two years we were in 425 area...and grey parking. This past season i called a couple of times to request lower level ga seats and home side of stadium. Don't know if that was a key but i ended up with seats in 200 lvl near visitors tunnel. Look forward to seeing the upgrade this season. So how does one try to upgrade parking? Guess i thought that by being ga ticket holder that i was doomed to grey lot. Also how does one get field passes? I was given a pair of passes to the vikings game last dec by someone my wife and i met at the hotel we stay at in tysons corner.....random act of kindness. But would be great to have an option to get passes for future games....
