    It's probably gonna be a rant of epic proportions too. I personally can't wait to hear the bull**** that comes out of his mouth about the stay orders. He's just digging himself a deeper hole. I'd like to know this as well. I've been trying to find info, but nothing so far.

    So far, it sounds like it only covers people who have landed here. I'm assuming everyone else is still screwed.

    My question is does the Stay affect only those in route/transit, those detained, or everyone??? What about those who were already turned away? Are they able to re-enter?

    Thanks PCS. And yeah, it does look like the guy was reaching for something. It sucks the guy was killed, but if I were the LEO who shot him, I'd have done the same thing.
