I hope this goes on until August. This is sweet...LOL. No one will move until he makes the 1st move.

GHH, think it's the Chevy emblem on the front. Guess I was used to the AON on the front. But I'll see them in person on July 29th.
-
Those new Man U jerseys are abominations
The Pool 3rd jerseys are dope tho
Yeah I'm not too sure about these kits, guess it has to grow on me with a big Chevy emblem on the front. RR88, how you feel about these kits?

So if Lebron takes the max(5 years/130M), how will the others sign? I'm still trying to figure this one out.
-
Well hopefully Van Gaal can do 10x better that Moyes. Wait, i thought I wouldn't make mention of his name ever again. At least Van Gaal could land Herera.

Breaking news that Lallana is on his way up to have a medical and talk terms. £ 25 million fee agreed.
My ambivalence towards our dealings continues. Although Alexis Sanchez could change all that .....
Hail.
*Edit* Sky are now saying 5 year deal agreed. £ 25 mill subject to medical.
Ridiculous.
Just went on Bleacher and said it was a 30 million dollar pound deal. While it's a lot for an unproven 18 year old, I actually understand why they paid him this much. Also Rio is gone and Vidic is done too I think.
-
My guess: if LeBron doesn't stay in Miami, he ends up with the Clippers.
Who are the Clippers trading in order to get Lebron? Riley said he's not doing a sign and trade. They are well over the cap.
To be honest, I see him staying in Miami. We will see Wade and Bosh opt out, but Wade would be a fool to do that.

People in Cleveland disrespect Cleveland, nobody likes that city lol.
The only thing worse than the city are the sports teams.
Yup. Well if it's either Parker or Wiggins as the #1 draft pick, say hello to your new home/city.

You know the last time the Lakers or Celtics ever won a overall #1 draft pick. Celtics I don't think ever had one, and the Lakers had Worthy #1 overall via a trade with the Cavs(1982). This is the 3rd time the Lakers have ever had to deal with the ping pong balls since 1994(2005 and 2014 are the others). It wouldn't be rigged, because the Lakers situation is screwed up right now. It might take 2-3 years to fix this and this is coming from a Laker fan. Rigged was the Knicks winning the 1st lottery and everyone knew Stern is a big Knicks fan.

Welp, guess who your Game 2 ref is tonight in Indy.
Joey Crawford.....FML....

GHH, I wanted to give you 24hrs to get over that gut-wrenching draw. That had to suck. So give me your quick analysis. I missed the game as i was at work. Thought you guys had it in the bag a couple of weeks ago.

I know a team that needs a new coach ASAP. I'm pretty sure they will welcome him with open arms
But Golden St. is dumb for firing Jackson. 1st time since Nellie that they won over 50+ games. That was Webber's 1st season at Golden St.

It's happening....
From Darren Rovell's twitter.
That's pretty brutal, but lets forget Westbrook's crappy shot selection in the last game. Or how about him going 0/7 last Thursday night in OT.

It was all over the news last summer.
He was pushing for them to hire Doc Rivers, not because of his skin color. He didn't want to play for Del Negro if they wanted him to stay. That was the biggest story of last season.
-
The Clippers brought in Doc Rivers because Chris Paul told them to hire a black coach if they wanted him to stay.
Sounds like the owner and star player are both racist losers and made for each other, nothing to see here.
I wasn't going to bite in the other thread, but where did you hear this at?

Is McHale trying to really find his way out of Houston? No matter who he has on Aldridge, he scores.
And like some already said, Harden is pulling his usual Houdini act. Disappear at the wrong moment once again...
-
I'd just like to add that Harden is also a flopper.
Horrible flopper too. I'm surprised they haven't fined him yet.
-
I agree with you... But people should be talking about Harden missing 20 shots in game 1. Missing 20 shots in agame should trigger an automatic fine or something. lol
Also Harden is a defensive liability too. I didn't think he was that bad, but damn he flat out stinks on the defensive end.
-
So if Houston get eliminated, you think McHale is gone? I say so.

Moyes just breaks records:
- Lowest Premier League points tally in club history
- Never finished below third in the Premier League until now (1st 13 times; 2nd 5 times; 3rd 3 times)
- Three defeats in a row for the first time since 2001
- Eleven Premier League defeats
- First home defeat to Swansea
- First home defeat to Newcastle since 1972
- First home defeat to West Brom since 1978
- First league defeat to Stoke since 1984
- First home defeat to Everton since 1992
- First time Manchester City, Everton and Liverpool have done the double over United in the Premier League
- First time United have conceded a first-minute goal in the Premier League
- First defeat on New Year's Day in 20 years
- Knocked out of the FA Cup in the third round (happened just once under Ferguson)
That's way too many 1st and records broken on the wrong side of the spectrum.
-
I woke up to Moyes being fired. I'm a little surprised they sacked him with games left. Guess it was at a fever pitch and they couldn't take it anymore.

There's something fishy going on behind the scenes in Golden State. From what I've heard, Jackson isn't the easiest guy to get along with. There's been some dissention with other members (or ex-members) of his coaching staff. In all honesty, you could make a case for him having this team underachieve. I think anything less than an appearance in the WCF, and he's gone.
NYK, assuming they don't go after Steve Kerr, would make the most sense. He's a NYC native.
I think Kerr is smooth sailing to that address on Pennsylvania Plaza, but Jackson there would make the most sense. Maybe he can replace Pringles in LA.

What in the world? Not sure if this has been posted but check this out.
Golden State Warriors head coach Mark Jackson led his team to a 51-win season, but his job status remains very much up in the air. After pulling off a 109-105 Game 1 upset against the LA Clippers, Andre Iguodala and his teammates talked about their efforts to keep their beloved coach employed.
Per the San Jose Mercury News :
The Warriors’ Andre Iguodala said after the win that he heard an ESPN report that Jackson “is going to be gone.”
“We’re trying to save our coach,” Iguodala said. “Every game is pressure for us.”
Stephen Curry supported the notion that the Warriors have taken it upon themselves as players to take care of business in the playoffs so that talk about Jackson’s job security would subside.
“It was more the message along those lines that we as players can control the vibe of what’s going on,” Curry said before practice at UCLA. “If we’re losing and not playing the way we’re supposed to, obviously people will start looking for answers and the head coach will get most of that blame. But if we go out and play 100 percent every night, take advantage of every opportunity out in front of us, there’s nothing they can say about it.”

Did he just sour with West that fast?

People should be mad at the GM and then tar and feather him for declining his option. That was a steal at 900K.
