  1. I wonder why your Firestick is coming in choppy?  I'm sorry about that.  Mine works well.  How old is your Firestick?  Just trying to trouble shoot remotely for you.  If it's older it may not have the capacity or speed to keep up & may be why it is choppy.  I also clean out my/its Cashe daily to keep it "clean".  Mine is a 2021 and may have more processing speed.  Wish I could help you out.

Not sure how to do it without the locast app, though :(

Locast is not needed with the Firestick at all.  The Firestick just gets connected via a USB port directly to your TV.  It has it's own remote control.  You just need wifi and the Firestick will be good to go.  No computer or extensions needed.  It's really easy unless you are jailbreaking yourself and that's not super hard, you just have to download the correct apps, go slow, and study.

You know with Cousins and Wentz being unvaccinated; what if they do have to miss time either due to Covid protocols or getting covid and that costs the Vikings and Colts games?

That will be interesting to watch.  Also, Cam will find it hard latching on anywhere this year with his unvaccinated status.

Just get the damn shot.  Good grief.  Silly millionaire children. (60+; I can say that). Very selfish stance as well. Despicable behavior, in my opinion mind you.

  4. A Jailbroken Firestick is your answer.  One time purchase, no monthly fee (unless you add programming) and you can watch any game you please.  Honestly works great.  look into it.  You don't have to do it yourself as you can purchase them already ready to go.  As a side benefit you can watch all the movies, or basically, anything you want, anytime.

The problem with that though, is that you listed 4 of the top rated QB’s from the next draft class.  If one or more of them becomes a draft darling, we’re not going to be able to have the draft capital necessary to move up via trades.  Philly and NYG both are in a better position to move up in the ‘22 draft, because they have multiple 1st round picks (we don’t), and both teams have an awful QB situation (like us).  We’re not in a great position to draft a rookie QB next year.  It’s why we should’ve pulled the trigger this past draft.  Now we’re kind of forced to go the free agent route or trade route, and there’s no guarantee that A-Rod, Russ or DeShaun would want to willingly be traded here.  We’re competing with Denver, Minnesota, Philly, NYG and Miami for a franchise QB this off-season.  We’d be last on those QB’s list as far as those list of destinations go.  We already had one highly touted free agent QB ghost is this past offseason (Stafford).  He didn’t even have us in his top 3 destinations to be traded to.  What makes you think other QB’s would consider us in the future?

If we perform well as a team and show progress people will want to play here.  The other end of that is who fits the profile RR desires in players?  We now (seemingly) have a strong respected front office.  it makes a huge difference.  I think you can reverse your hypothesis/thinking a bit to ask yourself who fits Ron?  We will be able to get players and become a more desirable location in the future, or at least that feels like the momentum currently.  just my opinion mind you.

Oh whew. Thanks for clarifying that.

I wonder how that would fare out, if they sued Locast, considering they're non-profit, and probably don't have much to sue over.

I'm no legal expert. But if my Dad heard this, he'd probably say, "Well ya can't squeeze blood out of a turnip, ya know"

I would guess their lawsuits will not be as much monetary in nature, but rather a cease and desist (stop providing broadcasts) court order.  I think they want them to simply stop broadcasting because it affects thier wallet(s) in some  infinitesimal way.  Protecting their piles of money.

Ok I see that the judgment was expected to see appeals, and nowhere could I find that the judgment meant an immediate abeyance or cessation of service.

So is it actually in effect immediately ?

By what I've read you should be able to still use Locast.  The Judge removed their protection (non-profit status) so the networks can now file lawsuits against them, but nothing has proceeded through the legal channels yet, if I understood it correctly.

if Jarrett Patterson isn't too short to play RB in this league, then why do they consider my little firecracker, Nico Marley, to be too short to play LB for a team of LB's like ours ???

IMHO, coverage of backs out in the flat & TE's.  Length and speed are necessary for LB's in today's NFL.  It's a passing league and coverage is a key component now. Just my opinion.

Toohill wouldn't surprise me much. He made the team last year, and got some plays in the regular season.

There's something they like about him

I think they liked this about Toohill...(exceptional athelete)

Agreed. I actually think we’re right about average, maybe slightly above in terms of offensive talent. So barring any injuries or extreme deviations from the avg, I’m looking at turner as the reason for the offense’s eventual success or failure.

    OL- bottom 16

These ratings are my opinion and obviously debatable. With fantasy football drafts kicking off I have all team depth charts and stats/projections tidied up in a spreadsheet, so there’s a method behind the madness.

Not sure how the OL is bottom 16, but they are your rankings so carry on...

One did overflow and they had to tell people to leave and head for high ground during the storm because the area would flood but yeah it seems most held.   I don’t know though that was a 4 and it would seem with global warming (The gulf is 85 degrees. That’s crazy.) and hurricanes getting stronger that areas like NO and South FL as well as other places on the gulf are just playing a game of flogger that seems to be inevitably going to end bad.  I mean how many times can you test Mother Nature no matter how many walls, pumps, etc you put up?  Honestly I wonder how VA and MD have been so lucky.  We’re not prepared for a category 4 heck even a 3 if it came this way. 5 well everybody better be running.

I live in Virginia Beach.  It would beyound devistate us.  It would be horrific.  Yes, I would head to WV immediately.  We are not prepared for that, at all, and we need to be going forward.

  12. I wonder who is going to sign K.J. Wright?  He is the only "Top 100" player unsigned.  There was some scuttle butt about the WFT signing him (unfounded to my knowledge), but no news.  He can definitely help a team out once he gets acclimated to a scheme.  He will be a welcome 2nd half of the season asset to whomever signs him. Will be curious where he ends up. Could be a difference maker this season, somewhere.

If we were gonna bring in Wright why wait until the season is almost upon us?

We've had no injuries and the coaches have known what they have at linebacker since the draft ended.

If they thought an upgrade was needed they should have done it 5 months ago so Wright could get acclimated.

I agree totally, but I would still like it.  He is the only "Top 100" player left unsigned.  He would help us, even if down the road a bit.

  14. If his toe is indeed hurt badly, Casey may be worth an IR stash.  His SPARQ numbers were the highest of any true edge defender at the combine. He won several Community Service awards, the William V Campbell trophy, and was one of the hardest workers at Stanford.  Sounds like a Rivera (me too) type of player.  May be potential there down the road.

Until we have that kind of depth and talent the Ravens will continue to dominate us.

The Ravens played (and had an important piece lost for the year) STARTERS.  This game mattered to them. We did not approach it in the same way, at all. None of our starters sniffed the field. Big difference.
