Watching this fight makes me believe that Brock can't beat Nog yet. Yeah he's big and hits hard but I feel like Nog would weather the initial storm and get the sub like usual. Also why is Brock so scared of taking the back?

I'm sure those Affliction salaries must have UFC fighters contacting their agents. Anderson Silva only got 200k for his fight and Decision Jab got 800k.

I say Fedors win was more impressive considering he defeated a former champion. Also choked him out using only one arm.

Good looking card. Going out on a little limb. I've got Uno beating Aoki and Alvaraz beating Kawajiri. Alvarez winning it all. Mark Hunt is going to crush Overeem. I thought he was going to stay at LHW. Hansen-Mamba should be a good fight too.

I wasn't using that example to say no one in the UFC can touch him. Using it to say that Randy and Fedor isn't on the same level. Though I will say I very much believe that no one in the UFC is seeing Fedor. I would rather see Fedor fight Barnett or Arlovski than any HW in the UFC.

The last four fight were entertaining. Look at early UFCs and compare it to this. Eventually their production will get better. As a first show it was entertaining. Also I bet you were excited when Couture beat Slyvia. It took him 5 rounds and here Fedor does it in less than a minute.

That wait saved me. Sopcast went down and I had to dl TVU real quick. Though I don't care about Megadeath at all. It was their first event so they get some pass but production was lacking. The main event was not horrible at all and thats before and after the fight. In a couple UFC the main event is Bisping vs Leben. UFC has MMA on lock down they can give us main events like that. Only good thing is that it will be free. (that card should be good though)

Barnett vs Fedor needs to happen. I'd rather see that than Couture. Well he's not fighting for the 205 belt anytime soon. They would instantly give him that match if he asked but as long as Machida is around he has no interest in it.

Fedor just pulled a Anderson Silva on Big Tim. Damn. It was almost like his whooping on Zuluzinho.

I would have atleast liked see atleast half a round before Silva did his thing. Silva is only fighting once at 205. It was just a favor for Dana (a very lucrative one.)

Silva-Irvin is pretty disappointing since I was expecting some sort of fight instead of a raping. Back to Affliction.

Great fight. I wish this would have been the fight we seen yesterday on CBS. Plus a stoppage that isn't questionable.

Damn that was a bad stoppage. Kimbo would have probably eventually KOed him a few seconds later but you never know. The ref was pretty bias especially with those quick standups. I understand people want to see Kimbo stand but Thompson was in good position in alot of those standups. I got to give it up for Thompson's chin, it suprisingly withstood alot of damage. The Lawler-Smith matchup was pretty good too. Sad the way it had to end. I really didn't appreciate the booing seeing that fight was at no point boring. Maybe the audience expected a brawl as soon as the bell rang.

In the fight they were high fiving each other during the match. That might bring back some memories.
