  1. I think this is it? Or not. I am, after all, an idiot. https://www.youtube.com/@commanders/streams https://www.commanders.com/video/command-center https://www.commanders.com/draft/2024/
  2. Sit down, JJ. Hey, so was GMAP! Huh. Minnesota, Washington, Washington. Wut. Iz reelistik. Next!
  3. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/jayden-daniels-is-now-1000-favorite-to-be-second-overall-pick DraftKings currently has Daniels as a -1000 favorite to be the second overall pick. Quarterback Drake Maye’s odd are +600. Six days ago, they were tied at -115. The Commanders are also the -1000 favorite to take Daniels, which means they’ll stay put and not trade the pick. The Raiders are at +700, the Patriots are at +750, and the Vikings are at +900.
  4. Such a horrendous display of bad judgment should take him off our board completely. /end @SoCalSkins impersonation.
  5. I mean, it was late 20's for me, but, um.... there were Oreos involved. Lots of Oreos.
  6. Full Text: I asked John Beck, who trains Jayden Daniels, about Daniels' weight and if it will be an issue in the NFL: "When you see his frame it’s easy to add weight to it. You don’t want a guy with his athletic ability to be 220. That takes away something from him. He’s probably always going to be on that leaner side because of his game. But his frame he can put weight on. He’s going to progress as he gets into his 20’s. if you stand side by side with Jayden or put him next to others, you can see that weight is going to be added on as years go. As long as he can maintain his size and speed as he puts on weight that’s going to be amazing."
  7. You heard it here first folks, we're trading #2 for Purdy. Told you GMAP would Purdy the draft again! 🤪
  8. If this were actually true, Daniels wouldn't have led all Power 5 QBs *and* RBs in forced missed tackles per rush attempt, and he wouldn't have been 3rd among the same group in yards per rush attempt after contact. He makes people miss. He breaks tackles.
  9. Those 'highlight' videos are all the same four tackles - FSU ("the hurdle"), Miss. St. (tackler ejected for targeting), Ole Miss ("Sonic Rings"), and Alabama (roughing that should have been targeting). So tired of seeing those same four clips as the entire body of evidence that Daniels can't protect himself or has no vision.
  10. I thought he played a great game *under the circumstances* - against a tough defense that's going to see 3 guys go in the first round tonight, and at least one more in the second round, and even more in later rounds, in an extremely hostile environment. Daniels did whatever it took, which meant running more while Nabers/Thomas battled with Arnold/McKinstry. Thought he generally played pretty smart ball there. But yes, did see some meh throws.
  11. That's why I've got us drafting Sam Hartman's Hair in the 6th, and the rest of Sam in the 7th.
  12. I still remember him pulling his hair out in the halftime interview versus LSU, 'that kid is everywhere, he's killing us' type comments... and then he let Dallas Turner off the leash for that ejection-worthy hit that knocked Daniels out of the game after putting up 382 yards and 28 points in 3 quarters. Freaking Saban.
  13. Saw a tweet from a Chargers beat reporter yesterday that said: 'Chargers are NOT drafting a QB.' Also: Chargers would take mammoth cap hit, biggest ever, something ridiculous like $100M, if they traded Herbert. Simply can't and won't happen. Also: Herbert has full no-trade clause. Adam Schefter sounds off on if Justin Herbert gets traded during draft https://www.yardbarker.com/nfl/articles/adam_schefter_sounds_off_on_if_justin_herbert_gets_traded_during_draft/s1_13132_40277550 some have questioned whether the Chargers could trade quarterback Justin Herbert during the draft in order to reunite head coach Jim Harbaugh with his former Michigan QB J.J. McCarthy — a suggestion that seemed to enrage ESPN insider Adam Schefter, who sounded off on the possibility of the situation playing out on a recent appearance on ESPN Radio’s “Unsportsmanlike.”
