"Less than 6 weeks before election day and Cohen made a deal with Pecker to sell the rights to Trump and this way Pecker gets paid and Trump owns the rights."

I think they do, yeah...I remember it being reported that since Trump's lawyers don't know who the first witnesses will be they can't really use that to their advantage in their opening statements today.
