  1. had some Lagunitas Brown Shugga Sucks tonight, I thoguht it was okay, as much as I thought I liked the Simcoe hop, it made me realize I didn't actually like it. Not saying it's bad beer, enjoyed 3 of them lol, simcoe is so overpowering though... Schlafly Tasmanian IPA is the bomb, try it.
  2. I will ask my beer store guy, he has been able to find and deliver almost every American micro I have asked for, not sure what he can do with imports.
  3. Du Claw, Sweet Baby Jesus Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter is different and yummy, check it out.
  4. Good point, no point in sipping on the REALLY good stuff.. BEER BONG!!!
  5. Found this ***** buried at the bottom of page three, unacceptable. ;P Old but awesome news, Ballast Point is now available in Maryland, picked up 6 Big Eye IPA earlier, not Sculpin but still very good.
  6. I want to see a youtube of a satellite being launched into orbit on top of a ballistic missile.
  7. can someone on ES who posts ALOT please turn that gymnanst gif into their sig please, wow.
  8. Rogue Hazlenut Brown Nectar .... yeah this stuff straight rocks. As a hop head, this is the anti hop, but damn, it is VERY original, and very good, I can't say I have ever had a nut brown with so much flavor.. Da non hop Bombizzle
  9. absolutely, i've been trying to think of a stout i've enjoyed more, I can't seem to find any.....I thought the KBS was dynomite until I had this beast, i'm curious because i want to try them, which stouts have you enjoyed more?
  10. I've had a couple of really good stouts over the past week, first was the Founders Breakfast Stout, today I tried Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. WOW this beer is in a league of it's own, as a matter of fact, it might be the best beer I have ever had, easily in my top two. This beer is special,i have never had a bourbon barrel beer that's as smooth and tasty with bourbon flavors as this brew, if you see one grab it. As of today, it's a close call between St. Bernardus ABT 12 and Goose Island Bourbon County Stout.. (BTW, the jackass in this pic obviously chilled this beer what a mistake, grabbed it off the web)
  11. Yes, based on their APA I wasn't expecting the hop kick, it's a big one.
  12. Try that Tasmanian IPA from Shlafly Double, lots of nice citra hops.
  13. I purchased a couple of singles last year, sooooo freaking good. Since Founders and Ballast Point are not sold in Maryland, I went there looking specifically for Breakfast Stout, they had it on end caps. Sculpin is another beauty, have you tried it? I thought the prices were really good compared to the prices in Maryland, and the selection is something I have never seen before, Hundreds of beers and they will sell you individuals. Going to crack a Fat Dog Stout from Stoudts in a few, I had it a few years ago, from what I remember it was solid.
  14. Total Wine in NOVA? Who here has been to one of these things? IF so why haven't you ever said anything about it? That place has the best beer selection I have EVER seen, picked up some Stoudts Fat Dog, Kentucky Breakfast Stout, and Sculpin...If my wife and kids were not in the car I could have done some major damage.
  15. Schlafly Tasmanian IPA, this stuff is so yummy, especially if you love the big citrus hops, check it out.
  16. Hmm, you're getting hosed down there, this one was only $10.99, i'll tell you if it was worth it.
  17. Has anyone tried any brews by the Bruery? Picked up a bottle of Mischeif a little while ago, i'm hoping it will pair well with crabs.
