Well it certainly would have explained alot. Nick hardly showed any energy besides walking Condit down for 4 1/2 rounds before deciding to get engaged. If this is true, kiss the rematch goodbye, if there is one thing Dana truly despises it is these preventable issues with the fighters.

Probably will be easy to look good against this horrendous Nets team, but this young team does look competitive and thats all you can really ask for this season.

I thought this was a very entertaining card given all of the injuries and fighters that had to be replaced.

Props to my hometown boy Jim Miller for his sub and a good fight between Sam Stout and Lauzon. Daley is a force to be reckoned with and I can see him giving GSP some problems in a fight maybe in late 2010.

Evans vs Silva was an interesting fight. Evans outwrestled him but only really tired Silva down in the first few rounds. I thought he was gunshy in the third and thought he might try and make a statement. Guess he respected Silva's power too much and was content to try and grind it out, probably looking ahead to Rampage. Almost cost him though at the end, not sure what Silva was thinking and he had the best chance to finish the fight but Rashad just held on enough.

I like Rashad but he didn't really impress me too much, I thought he should have tried to tag Silva more than he did, especially with Silva taunting him and the crowd booing his conservative style. However I guess it did pay off in the end with him not getting knocked out and getting the win GSP style.

I really feel like that fence grab changed the dynamic of the fight. I'm not trying to find excuses for Stevenson because following that they both had their chances and KenFlo fought exceptionally well, it just looked that Florian was about to get smashed when he basically cheated. While I beieve it cost him a point, it allowed him to escape a very vulnerable spot.

If only that WEC card was on CBS....incredible card tonight with the last 2 fights being some of the best in awhile.

An excellent night of fights. I would say they were all pretty entertaining if you like mma. Definitely got my money's worth from Hooters.
