This was bad strategy by Trump and his minions. Upon reading this memo they would have been better off taking the high road and saying they were going to listen to the FBI and not release this memo...for now. That would have kept their sycophants frothing at the mouth for it to be released and kept the conspiracy theories going. Now that it's been released and it's being viewed as a NothingBurger Deluxe they have nothing left. This is just another dud in a long line of duds. It's up there with Seth Rich. And Nunes has pretty much burned whatever was left of his credibility. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump discarded him like an ex-wife.
Exactly. The most effective right wing attacks in the past 20 years have always been the amorphous, ever shifting ones that let people fill in the gaps with their own imaginations. The every changing Benghazi theories, the murky Hillary email charges, the voting fraud allegations - they key is to never get specific or the whole thing will evaporate in the light of day.
I'm amazed they screwed this one up, honestly.

Y'all really gonna let him talk about your team like that?
The Warriors were that team for about 25 years in a row. I know all too well what it looks like.
16 minutes ago, Renegade7 said:No ****, and you want to add that ego to the mix and hope it works? Have you seen the way we've been playing lately? Everytime someone disagrees with me about this, its the same "ya'll will be relevant" argument. Are the Cavs not relevant right now? I do not like the way that went down with Kyrie and I do not like the amount of influence he has on the front office. Why do I have to just be okay with that if he pulls that here? Because we'll be relevant?
I'm not at all convinced that Lebron is the sole reason for the locker room problems Cleveland has had. Kyrie and Love both have huge issues of their own . But I do know this - Cleveland has been in the finals for the past three years. Lebron's Miami team was in the finals for the three years before that. He's obviously doing something right. Winning. Winning a lot of basketball games.

LeBron leaked this.
Yep. LeBron is very smart. He's hoping that this will cause Klay or Draymond to doubt whether the team is committed to them. You know, tear apart the GS locker room the way Cleveland already is torn apart.
The NBA is the best.
7 minutes ago, Renegade7 said:It's not pride, its genuine concern. Our organizational culture isn't going to be able to handle LeBron when things go south anymore then Cleveland is right now. Would we make the Finals? I believe it. Would we win? You tell me. If not, is it still worth the trouble? Should we trade away Wall like they did Kyrie when that eventually comes up?
Oh come on. Lebron is the best player in the NBA and has dragged teams to the finals eight freaking times now.
The Wizards don't have an existing organizational culture to worry about. Lebron would make them relevant overnight.

Ridiculous.
1 - LeBron isn't a true big. He's a burly point forward who gets worn down playing opposing bigs
2 - Jokic and Draymond can't create shots for themselves and improvise off the dribble like Griffin
3 - Cousins is a turnover machine and a chucker
4 - Horford can't dribble and has no face up game nor can he score in volume
Cousins is the only one you listed that's got Griffin's combination of scoring and ball handling and passing ability but he's a low IQ player who plays losing basketball. Griffin is better than him.
I guess you define "playmaker" differently than I do.

Everyone could use Blake Griffin. He's the best playmaking true big man in the league and he's got a three ball now.
No he isn't the best playmaker among big men. That would be Jokic in Denver, by a mile. And Lebron and Draymond are better playmakers too. And I probably would put Demarcus and Horford ahead of Blake as well.
You are hyping up Blake like he was the advanced form of the Blake of 4 year ago, but he isn't. He has improved his outside game, but he also has lost explosiveness and he can't stay healthy.
I'm probably a bit biased since most of the time I see Blake he is playing against the Warriors, and Draymond absolutely owns his soul. He's really, really good, but he isn't as good as you seem to think, and he definitely is not a "top 10 player in this League."

Hold up.
Is that Ron Paul?
When you need a paranoid conspiracy theorist American politican to tell you that the Ukraine invasion was a good thing, the investigation into Russian meddling is just a witch hunt against Trump, and Russia is an angel for "resisting American hegemony," who else you gonna call? Because Ron Paul has been going on Russia Today for over a year saying just those things.
Remember how many really stupid people on here used to just LOVE that guy?

There quite literally is nothing left to the GOP except partisanship and spite.
And the saddest thing is how effective it is.

Every Raptors fan would trade Lowry or DeRozan for Wall or Beal in a heartbeat.
No they wouldn't.
I would make that trade, but only because Beale is 4 years younger than Derozen.

DeMar > Beal and Wall.
This year? Probably true.
17 hours ago, Mooka said:I really don't understand... is the NBA dumb? They're not releasing the draft order?
Most people would like to watch it live too.
Maybe I'm just missing it.
It will happen in the next couple of years. They just wanted to ease into it.
17 hours ago, Renegade7 said:LeBron's team is going set Curry's on fire. I can't believe he has DeRozan starting, what did LeBron get the first 5 picks or some ****?
I think they had to draft the starters first, and those guys have to start. Derozen was probably the last pick of the first 8.
-
This year, Derozen is having a far better season than Lowry. Deronzen has upped his game in every facet (including defense), and he is the biggest reason why Toronto is 32-14 and probably the scariest team in the East.

I myself will pass on fighting Bobby Portis after what he just did to Mirotic.
I was courtside a half hour before a Warriors game against the Lakers around 2000 or so, and Shaq was standing there talking to Erick Dampier. Damp was a big, muscular guy. Really big. 7 footer and probably 280. And standing there next to Shaq, Damp looked like a skinny little kid, with pencil arms. Shaq was only a couple of inches taller, but he was so massive - his chest was like a refrigerator box. His upper arm was as big around as Damp's leg.
They moved around as they talked and suddenly Damp disappeared. You could not see anything of him from the other side of Shaq. He was 100 percent eclipsed.

Here we go again. Now lets hunt down and kill those who support the Republican agenda even if they don't like the Jack-ass. (Guess TWA, me and a couple of other posters here would go on your death list). Have you thought of the best methods for exterminating the population that liked the Tax Cuts, Gorsuchs nomination etc?
*pretends that a single over the top hyperbolic internet post is actual persection*
*pretends being a conservative is similar to being a victim of the holocaust*
*wallows in the unfairness of it all while his conservative movement enables and whitewashes actual Nazis*
You have now completed today's lesson in modern conservatism. You can pick up your certificate at the door. To avoid getting any moral backsplash on you from everything awful the GOP has done recently that you manage to close your eyes to, we have typed "centrist" on the certificate for you. Wave it with honor.

Hannity liked the civil rights violations in the 1960s.
He daydreams that he was a national guardsman at Kent State (but that would have involved military service, so no way that was gonna happen lol)
