  1. 2000,

You've been suckered by a satire site.

They have a funny feature, on their site. Near the top of the page, there's a button labeled "show facts". Click it, and it will highlight the parts of their article that are actually true.

Damn.  Though, knowing how crazy the religious right can  be; maybe some believe that.   Well how about this one

NYT: Sex Dolls That Talk Back

  2. This is gonna be hard seeing the original cast die off; they're all getting up there in age.

I wish I didn't miss George Takei when he was doing something at George Mason.

I think they are all either in their 70's or 80's.  So, you know they won't be around much longer.

I know Walter and Nichelle are going to be in Miami at the end of June; though Nichelle will probably have to cancel due to her stroke.

I think I met James Doonan at Trek convention once.  I saw Shatner at a Trek Convention in Raleign, NC once.

  3. Not bad at all.  That'll still allow for a decent night's sleep.

I'm hearing decent things about San Andreas, we'll probably check it out.  Of course, the wife wants to see it because of Dwayne.  **** that big sexy ass dude.  I'm like the cable to his DirecTV.  :(

I was able to see in it regular 2D.  Didnt feel like paying for 3D and definitely not the IMAX price.

  4. Damn, man....impressive. with your midnight premiere lookin ass! :)

I saw Tomorrowland last Friday.  I saw San Andreas at 9:45pm last night; so no midnight. I like it now, that they have 2 shows on Thursday evenings. Not all of the local theaters in my area do Midnight Thursdays now; since they have those evening showings.

San Andreas got B- for the destruction, otherwise it would rank lower. Who does't love seeing natural disaster scenes?

  5. I just got out of Tomorrowland five minutes ago.

Sucked. F MINUS - worst movie I have seen in a long, long, time. Boring and plotless - do not take your kids. Save your money.

My wife and I both hated this.

I liked it and gave it an A-. :D

I saw San Andreas.  I'll give it a B-.  You standard natural disaster flick. Not much of a plot but liked all the destruction.

  6.

    Fail.

Kingsman was a goofy silly movie.

Ex Machina was a **** movie.

You rated American Sniper over both.

    Fail.

    They've greenlighted a Kingsman 2.

I saw Mad Max: Fury Road - I'll give a C-.    It had some moments. Charlize Theron was badass in that movie.  She gets an A+.  Didn't really give **** about Max: Tom Hardy.  I just didn't get the same feeling that others did with this movie.

  7. Been a while, since I posted in this thread.

Movies I saw since I saw Taken 3.

Jupiter Ascending- C average movie. Did feel like a Star Wars rip off at times.

Spongebob: Sponnge Out of Water-  C-   Okay, definitely for kids.

Kingsman:The Secret Service- B+   Good solid movie.

Hot Tumb Time Machine 2- D     Never should made this, didn't capture the magic of the original

    Focus - B+ - Good movie.

The Lazurus Effect- B-   decent horror flick

    Chappie- B+   Good robot movie.

Unfinished Business- C-   Why does Vince Vaughn still act? All he gets is average movies!

Run All Night - C-  Taken it isn't.  Liam is better as a hero than a somewhat villian or villian

Get Hard- C-   It had it moments, but nothing special

Home- A-   I liked this cartoon, a little different tale

Furious 7- A+    Everything I expected it to be and love the send off for Paul.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2-  B-  I liked it. Still had elements of the first one.

The official start to the summer movie season starts Thursday, can't wait.   Avengers: Age of Ultron is next up on my list.
