Fitz was realistically the best choice for us at this time. Gives us options going forward without relying on a miracle, and a mildly attractive market for any free agents still available. I’m happy with this move. If we are able to bring in Henry, we have a real shot at building a viable offense while we work on finding a qb of the future

Perhaps @stevemcqueen1... but we got great production from a 3rd round rookie converted from wr and a 4th string Detroit castaway. I don’t think a first or trading up will secure a ball carrier that will impact the game drastically.

I think Using a high pick on a rb when you don’t have a quarterback is a terrible use of draft capital. If you can’t upgrade the qb, you continue building through the lines with those picks.

Koramoah is a hybrid backer that wont be able to play inside. I feel that LC can play that hybrid role if he returns from injury. I’m more interested in Z Collins because he has fantastic size, and enough athletic ability to cover the middle. Is he a sideline to sideline demon like D White? No. But if he were, he’d be a top 10 prospect. I don’t have the faith you all have in KJ. He’s played with a HOF his entire career. And that guy hasn’t slowed down yet.

Theres flexibility, and then there’s a big time starter contract. We went with flexible contracts and vets last year. If you sign Milano to the type of deal he just signed with Buffalo, he’s your guy. I feel confident that we will have a quality tackle prospect like Dillashaw or lb like Collins available at 19. I’d be happy with either.

Hunter Henry or Jonnu Smith are no brainer FA targets. You can never have too many quality TE’s on your roster. We had literally one guy at the position last year. I’d jump at signing either, possibly drafting a guy in the 2nd/3rd, and hope for some progression from Gandy Golden. Absolute pass on KJ Wright.

Here’s the problem: Cleveland HEAVILY invested in the OL and TE positions. New Orleans have as well. We have not. You cant use another high pick on a skill position unless the other positions are roughly set. We had great production out of Mckissic and Gibson. There is no one behind a prayer off-season pickup in Logan Thomas, and our OL is playing above their mean. I’m not drafting a back on the first 2 days. No way.
