Could this trade with Miami be an option?

Since KC can't seem to get the Surtain deal done, does something like this seem possible for us?

Trade Miami #9 ,25 and Moss for Surtain and #2 overall.

Then trade Gardner to Tampa Bay for a 3-4 round pick.

We'd get the corner and Edwards and not have to worry about Moss. I don't necessarily like all that we'd be giving up but maybe this could be an option. When it's all said and done we'd have traded Coles, next years #1 and #4, this years 3rd rounder and our 1st rounder (#9) all to get two players in return? Sounds like we've way overpaid for two players.

That's why Moss would be part of the trade to Miami. With his demands for a new contract, maybe we should consider moving him if we can draft a receiver with better upside and attitude.

This scenerio sends Moss as part of the trade. Plus Moss can stay in Miami all the time now!

Could this trade happen? Sure! Will it happen? No way in hell.

I wouldn't do it. Gardner is addition by subtraction, but the rest seems to be giving up too much for an unproven player.

This is too much for me to give up. I like the idea of pursuing Surtain or any other veteran CB.
