The 70-year-old star dreaded filming the first five Star Wars films because the awkward metal outfit was unbearable, but his work on the sixth installment, STAR WARS: EPISODE III - REVENGE OF THE SITH was more tolerable because he shared the costume with pornographic images. He explains, "The lads surprised me one day by sticking a load of Page Three pictures inside R2D2's head. I got inside and wondered what the heck was going on. Walking Deadman Posted May 3, 2005 Share Posted May 3, 2005 I always though R2-D2 was saying some stuff to 3PO that would have made the rating more PG-13 than PG, now we know why (Baker was uncomfortable). Since Lucas has done so many alterations to the series, here's another idea (this is a joke folks, so take it with a grain of salt) Redub R2's voice in English, so we can hear the smart-assed, witty comments of everybody's favorite bad @$$ed little droid.
