jwebst1
I was checking out redskins.com and found this... To those with obstructed view seats, is this a good and fair representation? I've seen some pictures on here that don't look anything like this....... and since when are there 20 yards in between 10 yards. http://www.redskins.com/news/newsDetail.jsp?id=3475
NYSkins1
You know, I bet that within the next five years Danny will have installed some sort of video projection system into the columns so the people behind columns can still see what's going on. TheSkipper
Yeah, that is pretty much what it looks like. At the TV's are much bigger and easier to see. You really don't miss any part of the game at all, unless you are one of those fools that watch the ball in the air during a punt instead of the action on the field. Riggins Seventy Chip
I've seen pics on this site with the support beam right in the middle of the field. I wonder why they use a computer generated picture rather than an actual photo? The beam is much wider and intrusive in an actual photo
Mark The Homer
Originally posted by Riggins Seventy Chip The beam is much wider and intrusive in an actual photo Yes it is. The artwork was done before the area was built, that was the artwork sent to fans to get them to buy before the seats were installed. The columns may appear that wide from Row 24, but from Row 16, 40% of the field can be blocked, including part of the 50 and the goalposts -- at the same time. It's a huge friggin' pillar.
