MaddogCT
What might happen if the Jets do an MRI on Coles' toe ( If I were them, I would) and find that the toe has detererorated further? Could they kill the trade? Ask for more compensation? Could Coles then be released? I just have a feeling that the drama is not over with Coles. :logo:

Tarhog
I seriously doubt if an MRI would even show anything. He doesn't have a stress fracture or a ligament or tendon tear, its an inflammatory process. Unless its currently inflamed, its unlikely you'd see a lot in terms of 'damage'. They know he's got a chronic toe problem. If that were a major sticking point, I doubt we'd have gotten this far. I doubt the toe alone is going to sink the deal. ntotoro
Sounds like a movie... "Joe Gibbs... Terry Bradway starring in... The Toe that Sunk the Deal." Okay, I'll just be quiet for the rest of the day... Nick
