When it's time to seal the game, the only good part of our team, the defense, fails... Do the players even care about the supposed rivalry? It just seems to be a fan thing these days. Do the players even get the idea of all the Dallas players and fans just laughing at them? skinsbosoxheels Posted December 27, 2004 Share Posted December 27, 2004 We are definately cursed..but my Bosox were cursed and they finally won...maybe the skins need to rest their players both games against Dallas and declare 2 forfeits..start the season 0-2...cause it is no freaking way we should be losing to these clowns...and now we have to relive the Clint Longley to Drew Pearson pass all over again...Gibbs needs to learn 1 thing...and trust me ..alot of you know what I am saying..GOOD TEAMS late in the game with a lead..ALWAYS..ALWAYS FAIR CATCH PUNTS..maybe next year..at least we get a higher draft pick..:helmet: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

E-Dog Night Posted December 27, 2004 Share Posted December 27, 2004 Funny - an Indian Chief did put a curse on us (if you believe in that sort of thing) outside the Metrodome during the '91-'92 Super Bowl that if the Redskins didn't change their name after the season, they would suffer. Just think what has happened since then: Brian Mitchell fumbles in the NFC Championship against the 49ers when the Redskins were driving in for the winning score. The only time we've made the playoffs since then, a botched snap on a field gols cost us the game (not to mention the fumble by Warrick Dunn? that bounced right into his hands, and a few other unbelivable plays that game, all goin in the Bucs favor). Losing 14 out of 15 to the hated rivals, when breaking even with them used to be the norm, even though the rivals have pretty much sucked during much of that stretch. :whoknows: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cursed, all of them just cursed. The Vikings seem kinda cursed. Of all the crappy losses for the Skins during the last dozen years, the Vikings have trumped us.
