The near future of the Skins depends on this offseason

And when I say that I mean, we need to see an offseason unlike the previous five. We can't see another turnover of 25 players. I for am hoping that the CONTINUITY started once Gibbs took over, and further more once Ramsey took over for Brunell. We need to build a team before we are going to make progress AS a team. Why do you think a team like the Eagles, can take McNabb and Owens on offense, surround them with average players for the most part, but can be 9-1. It is Continuity. I think being a TEAM for the next three years will be just as key as having Gibbs as a coach. There has been no Continuity since Norv was fired, and lets face it, as pedestrian as Norv Turner was, he did eventually build us to be a playoff team. This was BEFORE Snyder came along and brought his philosophy with of how to build a team with him. I am really hoping Gibbs can shut Vinny Cerrato up, and convince Snyder that his way of doing things is OVER.
