I beg to differ. While McCants is tall and he can use his height as an advantage. I think Jacobs is better than McCants, in their respective roles. Jacobs has better speed, hands and route running abilities. Jacobs gets much more separation than McCants does.

I think the only reason we haven't seen McCants is because we have a TE/HB in Cooley that can actually catch, something that wasn't there last year. Plus, we've been horrid in the redzone. McCants, is a good redzone receiver, but since we haven't had the offense that can consistently get inside the 20, McCants hasn't been a great option.

On the other hand, Rock has been exceptional on Special teams. He may not see much in the short yardage situations, because of Betts being much more of a threat as a power back, that can also break open a big one, unlike, Rock who's primarily a short yardage only back.
