NoCalMike Posted October 3, 2004 Share Posted October 3, 2004 I would LOOOOOOOOOVE to blame the offensive woes on Brunell and say a Ramsey switch would cure the problems, but it runs much DEEPER then that. Our o-line is providing Brunell with plenty of time, so why in the hell aren't are WRs getting open? Why are 3 out of 4 passes thrown into double coverage? Why is Brunell not checking downfield and seeing that there is usually someone open on man coverage, yet instead throws into double =coverage for minimum gain!?! Brunell is NOT CHECKING AT ALL, he is looking for the primarcy recievers, and if they aren't open he is throwing it away.......dammit.
