He can't be traded until he has been signed, and if he doesn't sign he will be eligble for the 2005 draft. Dallas has two first round picks next year and will need a good free safety. Woodson is getting old and Roy Williams is better suited for strong safety. Bad for the Skins, but good for the Cowboys if that comes about.
