Tommy-the-Greek Posted February 24, 2002 Share Posted February 24, 2002 I am hearing news everyday on WFAN 66 am sports talk in NY that armstead will leave the giants. They can't afford the 4 mil cap hit for him, and he is unwilling to sign for less. They keep saying sources in the giants org. will cut him loose. I think he is a solid linebacker but not for the money he wants and the attitude he brings with him. I just hope we don't try to go after him unless he comes cheap with big incentive clauses.
