Let's see, perhaps because they are all defensive coordinators and have more expertise on that side of the ball, they feel they need to rely more on a high level QB so they selected them each in the first round (not to mention that most of those teams have done some bottom dwelling that have allowed them higher picks for their QBs). Well, if you have high round QBs, certainly you are going to rely on their arms, hence the passing TDs. If your scoring more with passing (most passing TDs), then conversely you will be scoring less via the rush. Tennessee and Indy have cap squeezes, hence the high number of lost players.
