Leonard Washington
so we're going to be the next team to lose the superbowl? if we are that close, might as well wish we win it.
Brown 43
You could say that about any team?
aREDSKIN
Let's just hope we draft some d-linemen that actually play well. The Panthers D-line stunk up the joint in the SB. Ashworth, an undrafted OG, just pummeled and controlled Peppers with ease. The Pats O-line really did a number on the "vaunted" Panther d-linemen. RedskinsFanInTX
The Redskins beat themselves last year. Toward the end of the season they were clearly out coached. That will not happen this year. The defense should spend less time on the field because the offence will win the time of possession battle more often than not. This is a team that many people in the league thought had the best talent in the division last year; they just couldn’t put it all together. Often times in the NFL game are lost rather than won. Limit mistakes; take what the defense gives you and you will win games. The Redskins could be 8-8 or 9-7 with the current roster; fill in the holes on the defensive line and add a couple tight ends with a solid tailback then 12-4 is not out of the question. HAIL TO THE REDSKINS! :hump:
NVskinsfan
Spurrier was out coached all year long, with the exception of the Seattle game, but with Gibbs ball control offense, there will be few 3 and outs and the defense on the field for 10-15 play drives constantly. The only good thing to come out of the Spurrier fiasco was the #5 pick in the 2004 draft! We will parlay this pick into a few others and get queality players here and dump the turds. This team will be built for the poor weather games as well as the dome games where only the home team always seemed to have an advantage. Gibbs is a well rounded coach who can maximize the efforts from players even the non-starters.
Taylor Made
Our D-Line is currently unknown, and our best running back would be their #3 rb easily. be realistic!!
