Chrisbob74 Posted January 18, 2004 Share Posted January 18, 2004 The Pats aren't a flashy team, they don't blow people out, they don't have any superstars (ok, maybe Ty Law!) but they win and win as a team. They play tough, hard nosed D, have a simple but effective offense and great special teams, no flash and dazzle, just solid. After all the BS that has surrounded our team the past couple of years, about how the "Fun N' Gun" was going to blow people away etc, the dumb penalities, the lack of discipline, I just hope that our players see that if you play as a team and let the coaches take care of their business then good, good things can happen. That's why they don't have mental breakdowns and they know their assignments. They respect all 3 phases of the game. Great football program.
