hail2skins Posted January 2, 2023 Share Posted January 2, 2023 The interesting thing is mentioned at the very end about the author watching the game in Berryville on a Baltimore station because the game was blacked out in the DC area, as I think all home games were at the time. It was probably the next season (1973, when I became a fan) where the rules were changed to allow for local broadcasts if the games were sold out, which were never a problem at RFK (and for a lot of the time at FedEx).
