The Pro Bowler has missed the last three games with a sprained knee. He will be backed up by Daryl Terrell, since Brandon Winey is among the game's inactives with a sprained knee. In addition, Rock Cartwright will make his second consecutive NFL start at tailback. Along with Winey, the Redskins have listed the following players as inactive for the game: running backs Trung Canidate, Ladell Betts and Sultan McCullough, safety David Terrell, tight end Byron Chamberlain and wide receiver Taylor Jacobs. Linebacker Clifton Smith is listed as the Redskins' third quarterback. Game time is 1 p.m. EST. The Bears have listed the following players as inactive: punter Brooks Barnard, safety Mike Green, tight end Gabe Reid, offensive lineman Corbin Lacina and Mike Gandy and defensive tackles Keith Traylor and Tron LaFavor. Chris Chandler is listed as the third quarterback. Alfonso Boone will start at defensive tackle for Traylor and Qasim Mitchell will start at left tackle for Gandy.
