Tom [Giants fan]
The Cowboys have opened up 10 Monday nighters, Washington 8 and the Giants 6. That is 24 out of the 32 opening Monday Night Football games that an NFC East team has played in. I think that that is pretty impressive. The NFC East must be doing something right. Henry
Well, it's 24 out of 64 spots but I get your point. ------------------ "Men, there's nothing to get excited about. The situation is normal; we are surrounded."
redman
I don't believe that our record has been that impressive, however. I guess it's cool that we've been there a lot though. ------------------ "Loosen up, Sandy baby. Kenny
Yeah, doesn't the NFC East have the most SB appearances and or champions? Usually MNF has either the champion or runner up in the opener. The East has 10 SB Champion teams(Dallas 5, Was 3, NYG 2) and I believe has the most SB appearances as well. That's probably why the NFC East has had their teams in more openers though. I think the AFC West has the second most, but i'm not sure. I'm sure everybody's noticed the Raiders and Broncos have been on MNF quite a bit over the years. NavyDave
So true kenny. Now when was the last time a NFC Central Team appeared in a Superbowl? And how many has the NFC Central division won? ------------------ Take a sip of the Marty Kool Aid and Believe
Zen-like Todd
Well, we know the Pack represented a few years back...
Brave
The Central has won four to my knowledge. Three by the Pack and one by the Bears. You can't count all those titles the Bucs THINK they should have won.
