I've watched them for years and this is basically Top Gear with the deep pockets of Amazon bankrolling every absurd fancy they scheme up. Top Gear on steroids. I also like how they don't do celebrity interviews and laps any more. Clarkson is a fantastic interviewer but those segments bogged the show down in the past. Apparently that was actually real... Of course he was planning a new house anyway but it was a fun bit. I like the new show overall, though I do think there are a few rough edges. "Conversation Street" is as awesome as ever. I don't really like The American because the joke is too repetitive, and for that matter, the "So he's not coming on then?" got old fast too.
