I guess because he was a 5th round pick that made the roster. Not many 5th round picks at WR make an NFL roster. The odds were stacked against him with Garcon, Jackson, Roberts, Moss and Robinson ahead of him on the depth chart. He shined in training camp and preseason and ended up beating out Robinson who was eventually cut. I think Moss is gone along with Hankerson, so I think he steps up into the #4 spot this year. Coaches on our team and other teams raved about his route running, his hands and his work ethic. Not only that, he kept his nose clean on and off the field. Not sure why you want to come down on a 5th round pick who in some estimations, overacheived, just by making the roster. He's a solid piece to the foundation, so I'm willing to give him a passing grade because he basically did nothing wrong. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
