Saqs
After the Bills lost to the Jets 30-3, Greg Williams (their coach) was criticized by the media along with their owner calling out the entire team saying they were "sleepwalking" and "lacked enthusiasm". Instead of lashing out at the owner for his words, the players responded with the following comments: "I'm angry about it. We haven't played up to our level," quarterback Drew Bledsoe said, defending the coaching staff. "When that happens, your coach is going to come under fire. And we do take that personally because it's a reflection on us." "We are playing for Gregg," added defensive tackle Pat Williams. "It's our fault." We havent seen ANY responses like this from Skins players. Pretty telling if you ask me.... http://www.newsday.com/sports/nationworld/wire/sns-ap-fbn-bills-gregg-williams,0,6772452.story?coll=sns-ap-sports-headlines
OaktonSkins/BushFan
Yes we have. Arrington, by all accounts, was practically in tears yesterday on the Jon Thompson Show.
jbooma
Not only that a lot of people thought the Bills HC would be fired if they lost to us, the team wanted to win for him. It would be interesting to see how our team would play with the same ultimatum??!! :paranoid:
