Same problem in the other league, not just ours. The deal is that it's a free service that is managed largely by one dude in his spare time. However, the problem is the host he uses for the site. I doubt he has enough financial backing to pay for the amount of people trying to access the site. He has some EA support this year, but I don't know if they actually helped him pay for anything.
