I don't think Microsoft really cares about marketing like apple does. Apple is garbage and needs to market there sorry excuse for rebranded PC's that cost 10x more than PC's. Microsoft I don't think really cares because they know they have a solid product. Now as far as the commercial for the Windows 7 phones, they have tanked in the market since garbage Windows Mobile 6.0 and 6.5. They have lost all consumer confidence in the phone OS and need to gain it back thus caring about a commercial. Maybe?
