CommandB11
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/draft10/news/story?id=5043722 As NFL executives flock to Austin, Texas, to watch quarterback Colt McCoy's pro day Wednesday, it turns out the St. Louis Rams want to take an extended and more personal look at the former Texas star. A league source tells ESPN.com that the Rams will hold a private workout for McCoy in Austin before the NFL draft begins April 22. The exact date of the workout is unknown. could this possibly be nothing more than some random smokescreen or what?
KingGibbs
The Redskins brought in Jemarcus friggin' Russell a couple of years ago. Does that answer your question?
Chicken Fried
They're just covering all of their bases. If they decide to trade down (possibly with us) or, for some strange reason, don't pick Bradford, they need a backup plan for getting a QB early in the 2nd round.
