I love Seattle and would definitely live there again but I would tend to do so for PhD, not for the Master's. Which may sound backwards except for the fact that you usually get more support if you're a PhD student. But they are definitely on my radar for the doctorate. The plan is to apply to a few schools for Master's, then apply to doctorate programs later this summer, if I need to retake the GRE, or strengthen my application in some way or something.
