codeorama Posted August 6, 2003 Share Posted August 6, 2003 I can't speak for anyone else, but they never lined up everyone and had them sprint, so I couldn't possibly tell. I know this, Coles was always open, Jacobs was always open, and Trung broke at least 2 big runs per day. Russell sat out with a sore knee one of the 3 days I was there and he honestly only did anything noteworthy on one day. I noticed that Russell doesn't have the hands that Coles, Gardner and Jacobs have, he often let balls hit him in the chest. There were lots of balls thrown downfield, Coles beat Champ more than 3 times, Jacobs beat Champ once that I can remember, Johnson beat Smoot several times.
