The fans are holding out for Gruden in 2003. Got with the interim coach this year and then Gruden comes to save them in 2003. <img border="0" alt="[laugh]" title="" src="graemlins/laugh.gif" /> <br />Talk about a pipe dream. Gruden will have more options in 2003 than going to the Bucs.<br /><br />This story is just to funny. <img border="0" alt="[laugh]" title="" src="graemlins/laugh.gif" /> Somebody call comedy central. <img border="0" alt="[laugh]" title="" src="graemlins/laugh.gif" /> <br /><br />Thank god Synder got Spurrier or else we could've been in the same boat. indyskinsfan Posted February 8, 2002 Share Posted February 8, 2002 Oh wait, they're thinking that if Snyder could hoodwink Marty into coming to the Skins for a year and then getting the coach he wanted all along, then they could simply do the same, but Lewis left the impression there would be no "out of a head coaching job in a year" and they didn't like nobody telling them what to do (mommy, mommy, make the bad man stop!).<br /><br />So they'll just wait until Mike Nolan's available or Norv Turner or maybe even someone from the grave. Gruden is reading all this in the paper, on the net (he's in Cali, folks, think he doesn't ) and he's also ALREADY a HEAD Coach, so he get's his info most of the time before we do. Campo is going to get fired next year after he fails to get them passed 4th place next year. Jerry having the deepest pockets and wants to put it to Synder, buys the 2nd coming of Marty Schott. It buys them some time while the team is managed by a guy who could get them to the Super Bowl. But I take it they won't go in that direction.<br /><br /> The Glazers are putting themselves in a dismal position. If they stick in an interim coach, they'd better hope the team stinks this coming year. If the Bucs go deep into the playoffs, they'll have to can yet another coach who took the franchise to the playoffs. <br /><br /> Gruden going to Dallas scares me, but I'm not sure why Gruden leaves Al Davis for another version of the same.
