bulldog Posted September 25, 2001 Share Posted September 25, 2001 who is an avid Dallas fan feels the need to console me while I am watching the travesty known as the Redskins-Green Bay game unfold on national tv. usually she is quite animated about things when the Redskins are losing, but last night she knew better than to go there. 37-0. The worst defeat in Monday Night Football history. And that is going back 25 years.............. You know, I didn't think it could get worse than the 1998 game vs. San Francisco when the Skins got their doors blasted off at home 45-10 in what was the worst HOME loss in Monday Night Football history. I can't believe these guys are wearing the same uniform as the teams that went 14-2 and made appearances in the Super Bowl. right now, those memories are as far away as the move of the Senators in 1971 from Washington.
