gbear
I'm suprised the Hall doesn't allow for groups. There are some groups that were absolutely incredible, and much better than the individuals on the units. In fact, the groups have more fame than the individuals. I'd put the hogs in that group. So long as it is only an individual recognitiion, I think the hogs will not make it, not a one.
scottb
I agree with gridionmike. I think Monk will make it in before or the year Green is eligible. I also expect Hanburger to get the nod as a senior. Of the current roster (except for Bruce Smith), the Skins need to win a superbowl to help our emerging stars. Although the SB didn't push Monk into the HOF, it's absence is hard to overcome (Sonny took 3 years after being eligible is a good example). Redskinswhoopass
Darrel Green is a Def in. Monk is next, Hopefully SOMEDAY RAMSEY!!! but Champ will go, and Arrington too. And who knows maybe someday Spurrier.

Redskinswhoopass
What if Bruce breaks the SACK record as a REDSKIN, which is very very possible. Would his uniform be changed to SKINS?
@DCGoldPants
players nor the HOF pick your team. Its just a bust of a their head and a list of all the team they played for...the team they played for the longest gets the players name in bold while other teams don't. We will get credit for Bruce Smith. Here is our current list GEORGE ALLEN (2002) - 1971-1977CLIFF BATTLES (1968) - 1932-1937 SAMMY BAUGH (1963) - 1937-1952 BILL DUDLEY (1966) - 1950-1951 - 1953 ALBERT GLEN "TURK" EDWARDS (1969) - 1932-1940 RAY FLAHERTY (1976) - 1936-1942 JOE GIBBS (1996) - 1981-1992 KEN HOUSTON (1986) - 1973-1980 SAM HUFF (1982) - 1964-1967 - 1969 David "Deacon" Jones (1980) - 1974 Stan Jones (1991) - 1966 SONNY JURGENSEN (1983) - 1964-1974 Paul Krause (1998) - 1964-1967 Earl "Curly" Lambeau (1963) - 1952-1953 Vince Lombardi (1971) - 1969 GEORGE PRESTON MARSHALL (1963) - 1932-1969 WAYNE MILLNER (1968) - 1936-1941, 1945 BOBBY MITCHELL (1983) - 1962-1968 JOHN RIGGINS (1992) - 1976-1979, 1981-1985 CHARLEY TAYLOR (1984) - 1964-1975, 1977 notice some names there that you wouldn't think we'd get credit for? If Deion goes in...we get a part....most of Brian Mitchell and whoever else passed through the doors like Marty Shot if he makes it as a coach. www.profootballhof.com By the way, I think Jacoby should be next.......DG is a 1st ballot guy. Lachey79
I think DG is a lock to go in on the first ballot, Monk will get in one day in the next 15 years. Yes, thats 15 years. He'll probably be a seniors commitee guy many years down the road. Remember it took swann like 18 years to get in. I also think that Russ Grimm will get in sometime in the next 5-6 years. The hall has inducted munchak, then Joe D. last year and next year bob kuchenberg will most likely go in. He'll be the last guard left and is a first team selection at guard on the all-decade of the eighties team. Which is compiled by the HOF. Ive heard everyones favorite dr.Z say that Grimm wouldnt be a bad pick. Then I HOPE that Hanburger will get his due one day and be put in, he went to 9 pro bowls in 14yrs and played for some great skins teams. But of Monk, Grimm, Hanburger and DG, I think Hanburger i the longest shot. If I was in charge of the HOF then howie long, swann, stallworth, dan hampton and dan dierdorf would be taken out. Id induct harry carson, richard dent, grimm, monk, and Hanburger.
