DC was ticketing people in their own driveways as well.

well i was going to say something about it being ridiculous to ticket someone for parking in a drive way and that if they were parked on cement/pavement, then it should be fine. but they werent. the turnaround spots were just dirt i guess. so i cant really argue against that since its not paved. i cant stand the redneck people in the south that are parking all over the front yard with like 10 broken down cars.

pave the turnaround area and theres no more issue.
