He probably had Snyder in the room with him, like when they were making prank calls to the school in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. (Vinny: You take the phone! Danny: Nonsense! You're doing great!!) We should let a wild chimp run this team, and we will get better results. He probably has just a rough estimate. I guess you would have to ask one of the skins cap specialists.
