Tour of Duty Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 I copied a couple songs from my friends computer onto a data disk. I put them into my itunes but itunes will not let me play the songs unless the disk is still in my computer. If I take the disk out it gives me an error message saying "The original file could not be found" Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RonYoungEra Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 sounds like you need to import the songs onto your computer still.. you can set up itunes to "automatically import" tracks when you put a CD/data disc in.. also try copying the files from the disc to the place on your computer where you store your music.. hope that helps!
