SkinsNumberOne
You know, there is a draft every year, and every year you look at those players and for a few of them, you think "This kid could be great." It doesn't always pan out. We had a kid here who was definitely going to be great for a long, long time. Sean Taylor. We lost him to a tragic incident that we all know and remember. We've covered the personal tragedy, the tragedy that is what really matters, for a long time. But let's look at the football tragedy. We have lost a one-in-a-million player. A player who could have been the cornerstone of a defense. A player who you just don't get every year, you don't get every 5 years, you maybe don't get every 20 years. He was a sure thing hall of famer, at his progress, and the way he was shaping up his personal life as well. But this post isn't meant to dwell on Sean Taylor, but to give respect to someone who so richly deserves it. I am really looking forward to watching LaRon Landry develop. He took the lessons Sean taught him, he's taking the lessons life and his experience are teaching him, and he's using his raw and amazing talent to excel. Here's to LaRon. I think he's going to be a bright spot for us for a long time to come.
