herb mul-key Posted May 20, 2008 Share Posted May 20, 2008 jms...you a lawyer? from reston? got a question on a current case...i was pulled dui 3 months ago...cop was total ******* because I refused the breathalyzer and roadsides, so he embellished and outright lied in the police report...so lets just say things didn't go so good...I am looking at a deferred prosecution which carries negatives....but I am torn on taking it on in front of a jury or not...
