Brandon Lloyd Christmas Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 ok so at first glance, it seems pretty simple to me. you win the coin toss, you either pick kick/receive/defend a side. or you defer it, so the other team gets to choose kick/receive/defend a side. so to me, it just seems that in the 2nd half, all that stuff is just reversed. the kicking team receives in the 2nd half, and the receiving team kicks in the 2nd half. but on the radio this morning, they made it sound like through some strange scenario, a team can receive in the 1st and 2nd halfs, and that is confusing. anyone care to shed some light on this?
