PCS Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 All you need is what came with your computer sometimes. MS paint or their photo editor program will do just fine. Head Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 PCS is right. Open the pic with MS Paint, go into the image menu on the top, select resize/skew, and downsize the pic as needed. Play it safe to start out with, say 50%/50%, and undo then redo if you'd like it smaller, because if you try reducing it to 50/50, then reducing it further from there before clicking undo, you lose a lot of resolution. Tarhog Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 I love Microsoft Picture Manager....right click on a photo in your 'My Pictures' area, go to 'Open with...' and see if picture manager is loaded on your PC.
