md20j Posted December 20, 2007 Share Posted December 20, 2007 On the Mike and Mike show on ESPN radio this morning they went down the list of teams for the AFC and the NFC that are in or have a shot at the paloffs and asked whether or not they have a shot at representing their conference in the Superbowl. The verdict on the Redskins? Oh, well, they didn't even make the freaking list!!!!!! Titans did for the AFC (though they need every tie breaker known to mankind to get in) but the 'Skins didn't. Not a surprise, given Golic's dislike for the Skins (we dumped on his Eagles teams heads pretty much every year of his career - remember when they launched ESPN Radio here in DC and Golic REFUSED to sing along with Greenie to "Hail to the Redskins"?) Anyway, not a big deal. It's clear that neither of them think the Skins can make any noise. I like it that way - the Redskins are always better when everyone doubts them!
