Sometimes stores (Not necessarily the redskins) will mail them out, obviously you have to pay the postage and handling. I know that I have done that with certain clothing stores. One in particular at Potomac Mills. I just had to pay the shipping charge, whatever it was and they mailed to me. You may want to ask. All they can say is no.
